The small capacity of concrete tanks (inherited from Amato) and stainless steel allows us to vinify separately the musts from individual vineyards in order to maintain and enhance the peculiarities of each plot.
In the basement cellar, with ideal temperature and humidity, rest the red wines in French oak barrels and refine our wines in the bottle, especially Verdicchio, a wine that sees in time its best ally to express its true dimension.
